이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 sonnimlab(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 여행 발자국 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

• "서비스"란 여행 발자국 웹사이트 및 모바일 애플리케이션을 통해 제공되는 여행 기록, 지도, 여행 여권 등 관련 서비스를 의미합니다.
• "이용자"란 본 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
• "콘텐츠"란 이용자가 서비스에 기록한 여행 정보, 메모 등을 의미합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

• 본 약관은 서비스 내 공지 또는 개별 통지를 통해 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
• 운영자는 관련 법령에 위배되지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 7일 전부터 서비스 내 공지합니다.

제4조 (서비스의 제공)

• 여행 기록 등록, 수정, 삭제
• 세계 지도 기반 방문 국가/도시 시각화
• 여행 타임라인 관리
• 디지털 여행 여권 생성 및 공유
• 여행자 등급 및 랭킹
• 기타 운영자가 추가로 제공하는 서비스

서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 광고가 포함될 수 있습니다. 유료 인앱 상품을 구매하여 광고를 제거할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (결제 및 환불)

• 인앱 결제는 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 결제 시 Google Play 이용약관이 적용됩니다.
• 광고 제거 상품은 일회성 구매 상품으로, 구매 후 즉시 적용됩니다.
• 환불을 원하시는 경우 Google Play 스토어 앱 또는 Google Play 고객센터를 통해 직접 환불을 요청해야 합니다.
• 환불이 처리되면 광고 제거 기능은 자동으로 해제됩니다.

제6조 (회원가입 및 계정)

• 이용자는 네이버, 카카오 또는 구글 소셜 로그인을 통해 회원가입할 수 있습니다.
• 서비스는 닉네임과 소셜 계정 고유 식별자만 수집하며, 이메일, 전화번호, 실명 등 민감한 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
• 이용자는 자신의 계정 정보를 정확하게 유지할 책임이 있습니다.

제7조 (이용자의 의무)

• 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 부정한 방법으로 서비스를 이용하지 않아야 합니다.
• 서비스의 운영을 방해하는 행위를 하지 않아야 합니다.
• 관련 법령, 본 약관, 서비스 이용 안내 등을 준수하여야 합니다.

제8조 (콘텐츠의 관리)

• 이용자가 등록한 콘텐츠의 권리와 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 운영자는 관련 법령에 위반되거나 서비스 운영에 부적합한 콘텐츠를 사전 통지 없이 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)

• 운영자는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 공지합니다.
• 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제10조 (회원 탈퇴 및 자격 제한)

• 이용자는 내 정보 메뉴에서 플랫폼 연동을 해제하여 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
• 운영자는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반한 경우 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 회원 자격을 상실시킬 수 있습니다.

제11조 (면책)

• 운영자는 무료로 제공되는 서비스에 대해 관련 법령에서 정한 경우를 제외하고 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다.
• 이용자가 서비스를 이용하여 기대하는 결과를 얻지 못하거나 서비스에서 제공하는 정보에 대한 취사선택 또는 이용으로 발생하는 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제12조 (준거법 및 관할법원)

본 약관의 해석 및 분쟁 해결에 관하여는 대한민국 법률을 적용하며, 분쟁 발생 시 운영자 소재지 관할 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.

본 약관은 2026년 3월 28일부터 시행됩니다.

Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between sonnimlab (the "Operator") and users regarding the use of Travel Footprints (the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to the travel recording, maps, travel passport, and related services provided through the Travel Footprints website and mobile application.
• "User" refers to a person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• "Content" refers to travel information, memos, and other data recorded by users in the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)

• These Terms become effective upon announcement to users through notices within the Service.
• The Operator may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, and will announce changes at least 7 days before the effective date.

Article 4 (Services Provided)

• Creating, editing, and deleting travel records
• World map-based visualization of visited countries/cities
• Travel timeline management
• Digital travel passport creation and sharing
• Traveler levels and rankings
• Other services additionally provided by the Operator

The Service is provided free of charge and may include advertisements. Users may purchase in-app products to remove ads.

Article 5 (Payment and Refunds)

• In-app payments are processed through Google Play, and Google Play Terms of Service apply.
• The ad removal product is a one-time purchase and takes effect immediately.
• To request a refund, please contact Google Play Store or Google Play Customer Support directly.
• Once a refund is processed, the ad removal feature will be automatically deactivated.

Article 6 (Registration and Accounts)

• Users can register through Naver, Kakao, or Google social login.
• The Service only collects nicknames and social account identifiers; it does not collect sensitive information such as email, phone number, or real name.
• Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

• Users must not use the Service by stealing others' information or through fraudulent means.
• Users must not interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and service guidelines.

Article 8 (Content Management)

• The rights and responsibilities for content registered by users belong to the users.
• The Operator may delete content that violates applicable laws or is inappropriate for service operation without prior notice.

Article 9 (Service Changes and Suspension)

• The Operator may change or suspend the Service, with prior announcement.
• The Operator is not responsible for service suspension due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.

Article 10 (Withdrawal and Restrictions)

• Users can withdraw by unlinking their platform connection in My Page.
• The Operator may restrict or terminate a user's access if they violate these Terms.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

• The Operator makes no warranties for the Service, which is provided free of charge, except as required by applicable laws.
• The Operator is not liable for damages arising from users' failure to achieve expected results or from their selection and use of information provided by the Service.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the Operator's location.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms are effective from March 28, 2026.
